Multifamily Smart Home Device Installation

We install and configure smart locks, thermostats and connected devices unit by unit, so every apartment in the community is set up the same way and documented when we leave.

What we install

Every device, in every unit, set up the same way

Smart home rollouts succeed or fail on consistency. We work from the device list and setup steps your technology provider specifies and repeat them across the property.

  • Smart locksDoor hardware installation and setup on unit entry doors.
  • Smart thermostatsReplacement of existing thermostats and wiring checks.
  • Hubs, sensors and switchesMounting and placement of connected devices per the unit plan.
  • ConfigurationPairing and enrollment on the platform your provider uses.
How a rollout runs

Unit-by-unit deployment

  1. Confirm the device kit

We review the device list, unit types and setup steps with your provider and property team.

  2. Schedule unit access

Install days are planned around the property's access and resident-notice requirements.

  3. Install and configure

Devices are mounted, wired where needed and brought online on your platform.

  4. Document each unit

We record what was installed in each unit and flag anything that needs follow-up.
